Location: 山東省濟南市市中區魏華西路10號 A Snapshot of Your Day Join a collaborative team where you play a key role in keeping materials flowing smoothly across the supply chain. You will work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and cross-functional teams to secure material availability, optimize inventory levels, and support international import and export operations. From managing purchase orders and supplier capacity to coordinating customs-related activities and AEO requirements, you will help ensure business continuity and operational excellence. How You'll Make an Impact ● You will manage the end-to-end purchasing process, creating purchase orders, monitoring supplier lead times, and ensuring the timely availability of materials. ● You will collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to forecast demand, secure supplier capacity, maintain safety stock levels, and optimize inventory management. ● You will track supplier deliveries, resolve non-conformance issues, and support material returns or replacements to minimize disruptions to operations. ● You will coordinate import and export procedures, prepare required documentation, support AEO-related activities, and work closely with freight forwarders to ensure compliant international shipments. ● You will maintain accurate material master data in SAP, validate supplier invoices, and partner with cross-functional teams to continuously improve supplier performance and supply chain efficiency. What You Bring ● You hold a bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. ● You bring 2-3 years of experience in logistics, procurement, supply chain, or related functional areas. ● You have experience working in international environments and collaborating effectively with global and cross-functional teams; AEO-related activities supporting experience is essential. ● You have a good command of spoken and written English. ● You have SAP experience (preferred), and experience living or working in another country would be an advantage.
